10 Months Sober
That feels awesome to say. I've been working a new job now for about a month. I have anxiety here and there but way better than being hangover or calling in. I hoping things get easier as I get use to having a job now. As for everything else, Im feeling better these days. I.can go out to dinner, movie, be around alot of people, ride in the car no problem. I still fell weird and anxious from time to time but why better these days.

Really hope the anxiety clears up for you.... and for me as well.
I'm still getting the quick, little jolts of panic\anxiety while out (went to a baseball game), but they are really easy to cope with compared to the past. Great to hear about the job.

I always like reading your posts because I can relate to the anxiety thing. I tend toward anxiety in the first place and my drinking made it explode.

My anxiety levels went through the roof the last few years of my drinking, already they're better but your post has given me the courage to try those seemingly small things I've been avoiding x
