Yay! I slept last night! For more than 2 hours at a time!
My temp sponser pointed out that it was rather amazing that I had no craving for alcohol. I hadn't really thought about it, it just repulses me...BLECH...she says it's my HP working in my life.
Hmmm. Ya think?
Meeting today at noon, a walk around the lake maybe, maybe put the little X'mas tree away.

stairs, if you aren't careful you will start celebrating anniversaries here......you know,
1month sober.. 3 months sober.. etc. It gets habit forming to want to celebrate recovery time. I hope you catch the bug !!

@karilynn its not a sprint , its you very own marathon . I am a slow learner also but I got here , at 39 I finally walked threw those doors and been loving it ever since.

Got handed a 12x12 after today's meeting. "Read the 1st step", she says.
Okey dokey!!
Came home and made hash browns, scrams and whole grain toast w/grape jelly. Nap time!
