new to recovery
hello everyone! i have been on this site for almost a month now, and started a couple threads already. i just thought that i should make a formal quick little intro thread...so here it is! this site is amazing to say the least. my AXGF has began her own path to recovery from her heroin addiction, and i am on my path to recovery as well. i have learned so much already from this forum, alanon, and my addiction counselor in such a short time. i probably have not even scratched the surface on the amount of info that i can obtain on recovery. so thank you for having me.

i have attended a few different alanon groups, and want to see what a naranon group is like. i have also been seeing a one-on-one addiction counselor so i can further work on my issues. i also would like to seek out a sponsor from alanon or naranon when i feel that connection.
