Help/Info Please :)
I was wondering if anyone can give me any info about how to get started in either a subutex, suboxone or methadone program? How do you go about starting? Who do you contact? Does Medicaid pay for any of these? How much would it cost out of pocket? Does anyone know of any programs, clincs or doctors in the Yakima, Wa area that would help? Sorry for all the questions. New to all this and feel confused and overwhelmed.
Thank you in advance.

NAABT.org for info on suboxone doctors. theres a doctor search tool.
You can also check out s-u-b-o-x-o-n-e-.c o m (take the dashes out)
Lots of doctors have a sliding scale, and theres coupons for suboxone, theres also a program that'l give you sub for free. I know medicaid does pay for sub, im not sure about the appointments. I dont have any insurance. I go to a sliding scale clinic, and got on the here to help patient assistance program.
Im not sure about methadone. you'll have to wait for someone else to post.
this link Home has a lot of diferent links that do 'doctor searches'
best decision I ever made...........
I was completely exhausted, mentally, physically, spiratually depleted.
Im getting my life back.
its a TON of hard work, but so worth it. almost 11 months later, with NO slips at all.
like Ive said before,
it wont be easy. You have to realise you gotta work just as hard to stay clean, as we did to stay "not sick"
BEST OF LUCK TO YOU
