gosh, we really are our worst enemies. I've thought this exact thing before on fb or other places. it's just the self conscious negative inferior feeling side of us talking. post em if that's what's getting you through these times.

Fitz, we all need an outlet. I for one really enjoy your posts and following what is happening with you day to day. You have shared some really precious nuggets of wisdom and experience. Don't ever think you are posting "too much." Anything that helps you stay sober is a good thing ... and you never know how your posts are helping someone else.

I post a lot, like you I like to be on this site, and because I post a lot, I dont drink. I may bore people, or they may just ignore me , but hey I dont care, I am constantly writing down reasons why I should not drink any more, and slowly that is getting hard wired in my head. It may never get totally hard wired, but I dont care I will still write my blog for an audience of four (thanks fans), I will post to threads, I will read threads, and realise that I am like all the others on this site, wanting to stop my addicition ,and succeeding ie I am not drinking. That matters more than anything for me, and I am sure it does for you
