Sobered May but right now my nerves are shot. Puppy hyper and driving me nuts. I need to remember every sober day isn't golden but I guess I keep thinking they should be like sobrierty solves everything. Have to keep remembering sober people have issues too. Going to do some recovery work and move on. Good for me to post on SR helps me.

Fitz, Ive been reading your posts and I love your random puppy stories and your "life is good" posts. It's only natural that we have ups and downs. That's life, sober or effed up. But sobriety gives us the chance to turn those moments around and make something better for ourselves.

still looking for new sponsor. Not such a good AAer or Buddhist or puppy owner but I never quit working it. Basically for me life can be hard but its worth it. Talked to my 92 year old mom about basketball and what to eat for dinner. Pretty cool. Though I've had a ruff streak I am what I think and my puppy is just a puppy. Perspective is everything., and these friendships and SouthPark. My peace and love to all

when I am down I always remeber how much worse I would feel hungover with a headache. works 90% most of the time. If this does not help I go back and looka t me 250 pounds.... this works the rest of the 10%,,,,
