This is a test, only a test
5 days today, woo hoo! Still early in but wow do I feel good! Last night I was at my chiropractor (have back and neck issues from a bad car accident in the past) and said to her "I am finally feeling so much better!" (I really did say this & meant it). Today, I was rear ended and not feeling so hot. But could be worse. Don't want a drink. No, that won't help. It would only make things worse. I believe that when we take the steps to make positive changes we are given little "tests" along the way to see how we will cope. I choose a heating pad, SR and a good book. And of course tomorrow, back to the chiro. Hope tonight finds everyone feeling good and sober ((hugs))
Great job on your sobriety!! Praying you have speedy recovery with chiro.
