Congratulations, FourSeasons! This is a new beginning for you. I applaud you! Keep us posted on your progress! Oh and take vitamins and drink plenty of water. I have read that especially B vitamin is good. And blue gatorade is also supposed to be good for getting electrolytes.
The dumping day was a very cathartic day for me. It's like a weight is lifted off your shoulders immediately... once you get passed that first little bit of time, and start changing for the better, it gets to the point where drinking is harder than not drinking. You just gotta stay on your toes. (I'm no expert by any means, and some days are a battle, but the key words are "some days")
