So were to start? Well my marriage of 14 years is on the rocks. She says she does not know what she wants anymore.We have been to hell and back in r marriage but have made it though every thing but i don't know this time. I think a lot has to with just the stress of of life we r down to one income since we have moved.As for the kids we have always done everything for them and now with one in college in Dallas and r teenage son doing petty make his own thing with his buddy's. It seams we have nothing to talk about i guess you call it empty nest? She says we will get though this and we r working on it. I guess my mind plans for the worst which is not good at all but that's the way im wired.I still love her and want it to all work out. Or maybe im just scared of starting over at 40?

Hi Lyle,

I hope that things work out in your marriage. Have you and your wife considered counselling? I know the empty-nest syndrome can be hard to deal with.
