I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Hi, I am new to this site and just really wanted people to talk to when I am not at AA meetings. Here is my story.
I started drinking when I turned 21 and now years later I am at wits end. I've been to treatment centers twice within the last year and just now coming down off of alcohol from a 7 day bender. I know I have a problem but can't seem to go more than three weeks without a drink. Three seems to be the magic number. The longest time I had sober was 3 months. I just generally feeling like trash right now.

How you doing Bud...Plenty of people here to talk to. That's why I like this place. I go to AA meetings myself...Went to three good ones yesterday....I see a lot of people in AA that have the same problem as you and I bet I know what your problem is...How are you doing on working the steps?? Which one are you on right now?
Welcome to the family. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired too. So I stopped drinking and stayed sober a day at a time. Now I live in freedom instead of that prison of my own design.
Welcome Steve
