I have never been to an AA or NA meeting before, but I am going to go to an NA meeting next Saturday night. Does anyone go to NA meetings on Saturdays? Are there more or less people on Saturdays? Does anyone have any general information on what I should expect?

This is sort of a strange question to ask, but I am a little anxious and am looking for a little information before I go. Thanks!

Anxiety before your first meeting is normal, it is just like anything new. I cannot comment on if there would be more or less people there on a Sat night. All I know is Sat is usually a huge party night, so it would be a good replacement to getting high. Good luck

often large meetings. people in various stages of recovery. time to get in on spending sober time with people after the meeting going out somewhere. beats sitting alone getting wasted!
