Lee, that sounds like a terrific plan! You've got everything covered. I wouldn't mind joining you going to the beach. It's freezing cold and windy here and snowing like crazy!

I'm sure you'll do just fine this time.

Hugs and love,
Anna

sounds like a good plan, my only suggestion may be a noon meeting on days off and a couple of nite meetings on your work days to fill in your 90/90. Good luck and stay busy. If you find yourself staring at walls, get up and do something or get out and hit a meeting.

Best of luck and let us know that beach location! LOL

hey lee, in melb that is a heat wave haha.

i could add to your plan you could fly here for three days and do my ironing haha, or i could post it to you haha

books, what to read??, i notice no telly watching that is good, that can be boring, of course you can also play here. meeting with accountant, do you have money - would you like to adopt me haha

i see no reference to food making processes, dont forget to eat haha

sounds like yo are organised - well done!!!

hugs

that's a bummer on noon meetings - they are some of the best I catch today, but try to catch all you can. Maybe a big book crossword will help eat up time too?? - check this one out: http://aainsa.org/crossword.htm from San Antonio and if you want more I'll post some of mine from the newsletter I do here.

Sorry Chy

I meant to tell you , I have a physical and pschycological /sp addiction to ironing ! I have come to realise that if I pick up one iron, I cannot stop, and I battle this " one day at a time"

As much as I would like to help you , I MUST protect my ironing sobriety !

Ha Ha

Beach! 35 degrees C!!!

I have a plan for sobriety ...I'll move to where you're at!! ...very chilly in London and the nearest beach is 60 miles away and hardly worth the trip in high summer .....Its even unlikely to snow here as We only get a couple of light snow days a year in London on average... I think I'll go to an AA meeting and sit by the heater just to get that warm glow!!! ..good luck Lee ..post me some of that sunshine ...I'm off the booze but I need ...to steer clear of the prozac as well (they call it bottled California sunshine).

Good morning Joe !

Oh! I could never live in the UK, I have enough trouble with melbourne , we have wet dark, cold winters, and I am truly affected by such weather ! I spent many years in the far north of OZ ( for work) and have been back here for 5 years now , and tho I am still enjoying the change in seasons, ( we did not have that up north, just the Wet and the Dry ) , I HATE the darkness and cold of winter . I am a sunshine person!

I cant really comment on the Prozac issue , as , by Gods grace , I have never taken any type of medication, except fo the odd panadol, probably cos my mother was addicted to sedatives when I was a child, and I have an inherrent horror of meds .

Have a gr8 24 !

Ha Ha ! Chy!

I am only up to step 1 , I have admitted that I am powerless over ironing, and that it has become unmanageable !!!!!! LOL aint THAT the truth !

I view the HUGE pile in the spare room, with the door firmly closed ( lest I return to the environment) with the same terror that I view empty cans ! lol
