There is a limited time window once you have posted, to make edits. If you report the post in question, with an explanation, it can be taken care of

If you click on the little triangle with the exclamation point(under where your join date, location and post count is) of the post in question, that "reports it" and gives you a screen to type out what the problem is.

This feature is also for if you read a post that breaks the rules of SR, or something like that.
