First day. One of many first days, but today I am doing something different. I have always been one for tracking things and this might help.
Day One. Soon to be followed by week one and week 2, I hope. I have no problem not drinking for a day or two or a week, then I congratulate myself and drink and just have two. Then I think I'm fine and then drink until I pass out. Rinse and Repeat.
I have been very lucky so far, but I know it won't continue. Or rather, I know that today. I hope I know it tomorrow.

I hope so too! Welcome to SR! I have found it to be extremely helpful. Many people will say you have to have a plan, and they are right. Listen to all ideas and try as many as you can. Not every plan works for everyone, so do what feels right for you.
Thanks guys. Just reading everyone's posts have helped. I'm not worried about tomorrow. I'm just worried about the next time I think I'm better and can drink. I hope I see this and remember.
