So I drank into the early hours of Saturday morning and then crashed and then woke up feeling horrible, realized I was being a jerk, and have decided to quit drinking again for good. All I did yesterday was stay in bed. Luckily I found this site which really helped! I looked forward to getting back on it this morning. So today I have to go work at the pub I work at and then I have a rehearsal with one of the bands I play with. We usually have beers after rehearsal so today will be a challenge. I hope to get back online later tonight once I am home and be completely sober! Here we go...

I'm in a band, too. They drink a lot, too.
But, I have found that not EVERY one drinks.
If you pay attention. Plus, you can set the momentum for the rest of the band.
Maybe you are all enabling each other. If one person steps up to say NO, you could inspire the rest of the members to do the same. It's working so far in my band, little by little.

Yes I think I will need more than sr because of my employment. I might go to a meeting tomorrow before work and rehearsal.
