Last cig tonight
Oh, you'll be so glad when its over and done with.
Things that kept me on track when I stopped:
1. People didn't back away anymore when I walked up to them because of the smell of cigarettes on my clothes.
2. My hair didn't reek at the end of the day and it was great to still smell shampoo.
3. My singing range came back; and I love to sing.
4. The money I saved! I actually got to buy things I wanted to buy.
5. I could actually see outside of the windows of my car.
6. No longer a slave to habit - things got done faster - didn't have to take a hundred cigarette breaks in between tasks.
7. Food tasted better.
8. Got rid of my excessive throat clearing.
9. No more burn holes in my clothes (doesn't matter how careful you are)
10. No longer experienced horrible cravings at work every two hours so my concentration improved.
Go for it, girl! The life you save will be your own.
