4 months sober/5 months no percs

How did you all feel around the 4 - 5 month mark?

My mood has improved [I]a little[I] and some of my anxiety has subsided.

Still really high anxiety here and there, still not where I want to be; but the relaxing times are lengthening and strengthening.

Think my milestones are for par? Does this sound like a pretty similar timeline as yours?

My DOC was alcohol but it sounds like you're improving to me - that can't be bad

You sound like your doing much better than I did in 5 months... been relapsing ever since... keep going, don't look back!
