One week tomorrow

wow I will be one week tomorrow when I wake up. Its 2am here and still not great at sleeping but Im hanging in. life feels good for the first time in ages

It takes some time - days or weeks - to start sleeping better but it does come.

Congrats on your sober week.

A week is great, sleeping great will come, I used to not sleep well, but now I sleep so good it's hard to wake up

Congrats on your one week, that is AWESOME!!!!!

The sleep patterns do get normal again, promise, I had a terrible time the first two weeks, but now I sleep soundly (luckily I have a LOUD alarm clock near my ear and I wouldn't wake up!!!).
