Much less cravings than ever before - but when I DO get them they are between 6 and 10 pm in the evening.

Strange - anyone else get this? I don't have ANY cravings in the morning, or while I'm at work.

Could it be a blood sugar thing? I always seem to get peckish around that time, myself.

Yep - but then again, 6pm was normally 'my time' to start. Evenings are very hard for me, sometimes. I go all day without ever thinking about drinking, but once 6pm hits, there's a craving - pretty much every night. I wonder how long it will take to go....

Yeah, I do. I think it's because those are the hours of the day that I find myself alone with all my thoughts and feelings and no way to escape them.
