I have some of those, too. And circles, and spirals, etc. Actually I have about 40 images. We were having way too much fun!

My daughter has a similar picture (she's a very good photographer too) that she took of herself, writing her boyfriend's name with a pen light. It's way cool.

Steal away! Some tips--we used a 6-sec. shutter speed. Tripod is a must! Way more fun than the explosive crap. Oh yeah, and wait till it's really dark for maximum effect.

Way cool, LaTeeDa! That is one thing I truly miss about being in the Lower 48 for the 4th. It's way too light up here in July, even at midnight, for really great fireworks, and sparklers are somewhat less impressive when the sun hasn't really set.

Actually, I've been hatching a plan. (Not a coffee table book, though, sorry.)

I have found that my inspiration ebbs and flows. There are times when I simply can't get motivated to click the shutter button. Then there are other times when I cannot get enough of shooting images. Right now I am in the phase of taking, taking, taking pictures. The next time I find myself in a slump and the camera weighs 300 lbs., I will get to work on my project.

I will post about it when I do.

LTD thanks for making me smile!!!!!! great pictures!! I owe you for inspiring me to go ahead and explore my creativity once again, by your example and the joy you feel doing what you like.

Now I can't stop!! I bought a camera (need to share pics with you, too exhausted for now, BTW you need to come here.... you'll need some years here to capture all the beauty...)

I have had so many ideas about so many things... the best part is that even starting to think about them gets me excited, like cooking a great meal, when you go out and sing in your car and buy the ingredients and its not about a perfect gourmet dinner but about ENJOYING every step of the process... funnily enough when things are done this way others tend to like it too and results are amazing, because the vital ingredients are there, the passion and the love and the good vibes


I had never been so happy that I can't sleep! now I have to make up for the lost time trying to fix loser boyfriends or feeling self pity etc etc.

What we want also wants US... looking forward to keep reading/posting OT threads with pics, ideas etc

Amazing how creativity flows when we are not blocking it with fears, worries, attachments, self doubts, and all that toxic stuff. To think the world could have missed my talents lol
