Question about Introductions

I have gained so much help and insight by exploring this sight and posting in the F&F forum. I would like to introduce myself formally to all of you generous people and am not sure which section of the site is the appropriate place. Can someone guide me??? I'd like to let you all know who I am and what brought me here.

Thanks all. I warn you in advance...it's gonna be long and convoluted. LOL But it will help me immensely to get it all out. Only my therapist knows the whole story. And I'm tired of hiding out in the dark.
