Congrats. at about 8 months I felt really good. Like my brain was ready to be of service and instead of numbing the pain I was able to be more helpful. Freedom was there for me. I hope you keep going!

Wish I would have stayed on the wagon .Going back reading old post is kinda odd but Im back to give this a better shot hopefully .I know I'll be asked whats my plan at this point one day @ a time.

I think a plan is a very good thing - ODAAT is not a bad principle yo start with, but I'm not sure it's a whole plan on its own?

What took me back stress ,the deaths of loved ones in a short period of time ,you no life I reached for my crutch bad mistake.Its took me a couple years to find my way back but better late than never I've lurked a week or so before I changed my password I couldn't remember the old one .
