Day 34 rehab - Kelly
Well, just had my first coffee a while ago - helping cut grass, etc....then drive back to the rehab.
Have to have a "graduation" ceremony tomorrow...then the last group meeting on Wednesday.
Today is day 34 of rehab, 35 days without a drink.
Homework to do, this evening.
Bye for now.

Happy Monday Kelly..!
Hope you had a nice weekend at home with your
family. Having had some experience living at home
right out of rehab, maybe you can share with others
how you felt returning home to your family. Maybe
share how ur family felt you being home sober for
a little while now.
Did home feel the same as it did when you left for
rehab? Now that you have some knowledge of ur
addiction, alcoholism, how did home life feel to you?
Some folks will have the opportunity to experience
rehab with anxiety and fears and since you have been
there, done that, folks will want to know if your outlook
on life is different now since you went thru it.
They will be scared not knowing what to expect and
with you sharing ur own ESH with them about ur journey
there and now will better prepare them for what lies
ahead of them.
Everones experience and results will be different so this
experience is ur honest experience for urself.
Good work thus so far..!!!
