Food cravings
Just wondering what types of food you have craved while sober that you didn't while drinking and vice versa?
I loved cheese my whole life, now I don't care for it as much.
Now being sober,I am craving chocolate which I have hated my whole life!
Anyone else? Just looking for a fun topic to keep my mind off some things today
(Sorry if this topic may be in the wrong place,i'm still a newbie!)

Just food in general! I didnt like to eat when I was drinking. Food was a burden. But since I've been sober, I've been cooking like a mad man. I'm the type of person that can spend 6 hours plus preparing a meal. I love to cook, and I love to present my meals artistically. I did miss that when I was bad into drinking. If my career goals weren't IT related, I would definitely be a chef
But yeah, ALL FOOD I crave again, and I love it! Chef Ryan is back people! :P

I never ate much when I drank. Now, I eat anything in site. Craving mostly bread and sweets. In 15 days, I have gained 9lbs. My digestion isn't working properly so it may not all be fat. I know I have to slow down soon as I am getting a bit uncomfortable. I have always loved dark chocolate and cheese though. Yum!
While I've always enjoyed chocolate, since quitting drinking I absolutely NEED it, lol!
I'm also eating a lot more in general. When I was drinking, I wanted to save calories and stomach space (if that makes sense) for booze...now I'm making up for lost time and eating like a ranch hand I'm lucky that I'm naturally slim *thanks God* but I've gained a couple of pounds so I've just begun an exercise regimen.
