I guess setting boundaries will help to keep us from anxiety > and drinking.

I'm on the same day as you, so I'm right there with you! I know "boundaries" have always been a HUGE issue for me... As in, I don't know how to set them. I tend to let people walk all over me, basically.

Boundaries
–noun, plural -ries.
1. something that indicates bounds or limits; a limiting or bounding line.

I think all us alkies could use bounds or limits
