A hundert glorious days...
Yes, I'm counting. I still need to know -for me. I hit 100 and damn proud of it. I don't remember getting this far before I 'really' quit. I stopped every day, every week but would go back. It's sooo different now. So surreal. Just so awesome. It's something that has to be felt and can't be put into the proper words. It is truly a constant feeling of euphoria.
Now that booze is completely out of my soul, everything in my personal life is great. My job is great. I just love having a new motivation to keep going. Being in the real world. I've been running all week and although, I'm whooped -it feels really good to have a mission in life. On my days off I groom dogs. Love this life.
Today a guy came (nice young family) and we rounded up 11 of my 13 goats so they are off my exs property. (I'm getting too old for goat rodeo! Oy!) I'll still have to stop and feed the two old girls but the majority is gone and I feel like a weight has been lifted.
Today has been just awesome...tomorrow will be better....and so on...
Wishing everyone a wonderfully sober Mother's Day. Although I am working I will be admist of the public, surrounded by people and will have a glorious day. Blessings to you all.

I like your attitude. I understand the euphoria..I drank from early teens until I had 30 plus wasted years. It is a whole new life and I have lost that Stepford Wife look that is in all my pictures..so dumb..Nice being all the way out of the haze. Way to go on 100 days..
