After a rough night last night, went to a meeting at 7 a.m. this meeting and shared honestly about how I was feeling. How I feel like my recovery is 2 steps forward one step back. I'm beginning to see my life in a new light, that I have been addicted to alcohol since high school, but then I get scared at what it would mean to actually change and not drink when that has been my crutch in social situations for so long.

Feel so good now, a lot of emotions going on but feel like I am on the right path. So grateful I found this forum to share on and read the stories of others who are struggling with this disease. It gives me a lot of hope.
