Day 7 ?s
Pinkroses 7 days is great!! Good for you. I know I had night sweats. I think its pretty common. I didn't have the nausea. Different amount and longer periods of time factor into quitting and what we experience. If you get concerned please check in with your Doctor.

Day 7 here and on day 1 I went to the docs. I had not slept in three days and tried to taper ( ya the old taper lie)...go see the doc and they can help make it easier if your withdrawal is either painful or could get complicated
I hope to never go through withdrawal again but I will never hesitate to go to my doc. Luckily she understands the illness , its relapses/flare ups , and helps get me back on track.
I will never do a home detox again but there again , thats my own situation and how I now react to withdrawal.

Yep its normal. I was jittery, anxious UGGG not fun at all. I suggest you go to a Doctor. Be honest about your alcohol consumption. I felt better talking to my Doctor. Just talking face to face with someone about my problem really made me feel like i could kick it. good luck and congrats!
