Its a new day & a bright morning. I am both sorry & grateful that I spilled to you all last night. The posts back meant so much to me, thank you all. Up early & sober prayed & meditated, feel rededicated to recovery & a better life. A peaceful, sober day to all with love & thanks from an unusually sunny Ireland x
