caffine withdraws and side effects ?

i have been on caffine for years and started the process to get off it completely, i have slowly down to 1/2 cup daily, still have alot of side effects!

this is one addiction I am not giving up! I stay within one cup or two per mornig.

Is this something your doctor suggested you do for your health?
There are a lot of things that contain caffeine..yes coffee is one.
