Tell you what. I am addicted to nicotine gum. I will try it with you. My plan is to wean off of it until I can just stop. It is how I quit smoking years ago. Do not ask me why I tried the gum, but it has been harder to kick for me than smoking was. The patch is okay. hard to get as addicted to that, but the gum. ugh.

ok am out of smokes and am not getting any more after being out of breath after a walk i really need to quit now.
