Going to try and go with it tomorrow..
Well I am going to to sea tomorrow until Friday (navy) and I am not going to bring and smokes or dip with... I started taking Chantix last week tomorrow is day 7 of the medication and I think it is starting to work... I don't really have much urge to smoke but the oral fixation for the dip is pretty heavy.. I might bring a can just in case but no cigs... I'm gonna stock up on some gum to and just pop a piece every time I feel an urge to smoke..

Good luck Green. You are at the point with Chantix where pretty soon you will not even feel the benefit of smoking or chewing. Those receptors that like it will be turned off. Don't get me wrong...mentally you will still have the urge, you just won't really feel it when you have one.
Be careful and listen to yourself. Chantix is great, and has worked for many, but there are some crazy side effects.

ive been thinking of taking champix, but i dont think i can because im on anti depressants. they dont mix well or something? so ive heard.
im still at a pack a day...and ive been really sick the last week or so and that STILL doesnt stop me! lol
