What I am Grateful for day 16
What I am Grateful for day 16
This being day 16 - I thought it would be useful for me to think about the things that I'm grateful for since I've become sober.
1. Not "having" to take naps in the middle of the day
2. Not being hungover in the morning
3. Not having to plan my drinking around a schedule of things I must do
4. Being happier
5. Feeling healthier
6. Saving tons of cash
7. Not feeling guilty
8. Not being ashamed
9. Thinking about the future
10. Moving towards a new balance in my life
11. Being interested in dating again
12. Taking care of myself
13. Reading more
14. Eating healthy
15. Losing weight
16. Being more productive in therapy
17. Being Friendly
18. Getting my work done
19. Not constantly thinking about drinking.
20. Lying about what I'm doing so I can drink.
These are all things that I am grateful for. SB helped me find these things.
