Back in the saddle
Well I am back. Been going on and off again with my drinking since late 2009. I have been lurking here sober and drunk many times since. My last drink was Saturday night and so far so good.
Issues:
1. Headaches
2. Muscle spasms in my legs
3. Shaking has stopped (mostly) Gave up caffeine, it helped alot
4. My stomach does not hurt anymore (yaaaa!!!)
5. What is all that stuff coming out of my body?
6. Heat flashes now and then
7. My God, I did not know how I could get caught in a dream, and cannot wake up from it even though I know it is a dream, they are horrible ones.
8. Insomnia is still here
9. Eyes no longer are water all the time, eye puffiness is easing
My usual daily intake was 12-15 ICE beers a night.
I will be back tomorrow, and let you know how it is going....I am dreading the coming weekend. Going to the bookstore to stock up. 10 years ago it was a passion of mine, trying to pick it back up. A video I like that has inspired me....
