I haven't had a cigarette since 6 June. I did take Wellbutrin and use the patch for a month, but I have been completely nicotine free since the first of July.

I'm not totally thrilled to be "not smoking", but I'm pretty proud of me.

Hi Pac! Congrats on 3 months;-) me too...but I quit because of drinking, the two went hand in hand for me. Have you read Allen Carrs book? It helped me tremendously!

If you havent had one since June 6,you have 4 months rather than 3!!! which is wonderful .you are a month ahead of me,I quit on July 6 and jsut celebrated 3 months smober. isnt it great to be smokefree? I know its not always a bed of roses,but you should be proud of you! 4 months free of smoking is fabulous

Thanks, SNV. I said, three months, because I was informed (on this forum) that if I was using a nicotine patch that it didn't count. LOL. Anyway, I am, indeed, please.
