We moved to a new building today. This move has much literal and figurative significance... I am part of a corporation now... nice new building and all... Lots of people around who wear suits. Nerve racking on many levels.

Having a window is very nice too. I think having a window in one's work space is a fundamental human right.

Depending on the angle where I stand, looking out my office window, I get a lovely view of the Philadelphia skyline. Or directly into the County jail.

Yes ... I think windows should be mandatory, but unfortunately they are often not.
