so fun I made it
Well tonight my girlfriend that likes to have happy hour stopped over! guess what I didnt crave nor did I want to have one. She sat and visited with me as I made supper We laughed and talked just like when I was drinking(but now I eat supper). She was respectful and only had 1. I told her I was glad she still comes to visit, because my other friends stop coming over when I am not drinking. I guess we have more in common then drinking. I need to just keep thinking one day at a time.
Plus, I can have ice cream at night and the calories are probley the same as 12 beers I used to drink everynight and I feel good the next day!!! hehehehehehe
