These are more promises as a result of doing step 10. I go over pages 84-88 every morning and take a mini inventory. I continue to watch for selfishness, dishonesty, resentment, and fear. I ask God to remove them. That way my defects don't turn into a mountain. It's an excellent way to keep my defects in check.
