I wanted to share another part of SR with you.

In the Newcomer's area there is a Daily Support Thread for Codependents. Each day someone posts the reading from Melody Beatties "The Language of Letting Go". Here's the link:

Stigmatized, I started this thread two years ago and the focus is on Codependency and Recovery, whether you are a new to it or or a recovered codie for many years...

I, and others, post daily from The Language of Letting Go by Melody Beattie, but also some good bits from several of her books, including Codependent No More
