That felt good :)

I signed up for the gym yesterday and had my induction meeting with the instructor today. He asked: "how many units of alcohol do you drink a week?"

Zero!

Boy, that felt good to be able to say as a statement of strength and health.

Wow! I look forward to being proud of myself when asked that question. I can't recall how many times I went to the ER from some drunken fall/injury and had to lie to the registrar when asked "how often do you drink?" ... I plee the 5th!

I enjoy not having to wonder if people can smell it.

It doesn't take much. I had 2 drinks one night before a dentist appt and the dentist mentioned it. 2 drinks! How embarrassin'. I always thought you had to tie one on to smell like that.

We always think we're "getting away with it". We're not.

Nice Omega! I'm glad you could give that as an honest answer.
