I am grateful to be here after a few days in the hospital and looking for a contact
Hi just got started being active on these boards, invited by a friend from BC. I have been finding myself a bit off the past weekend (I do have 6 months in the sober area). We I found myself at the Calgary Foothills Hospital for the past 4 days - some of which are rather fuzzy.
Long story short I have a past unresolved seizure disorder. Up until Monday it has been about 16 years since I have had a grand mal seizure. And this was the first where I had one in my sleep and one awake. However this also gets the ball rolling for care.
It also has meant for some changes in my life (don't lose my license drinking ) but may this way for a few months.
Anyway I just wanted to check back in, say hello and I will be around more as I ease back into life.
Kimberly if you are out there I am thinking of you all the time and please contact me - I can be there to help, for hugs, or for whatever, I am still planning to head your way for the Labour Day weekend.
I'm going to try to get back to sleep... most important thing.
my favorite part of all this is I don't want to relapse., The hardest I want my mom and dad.
I will be back on boards in a few days days.
