I am 14 days sober today!
Hasn't been too difficult, yet. LOL
Hit a point yesterday and today w/ everything thats going on in my ending marriage where I questioned why bother staying sober? Then I just went back two wks ago and how bad I felt, the worst in my life, and know I don't ever want to feel that bad again.
Still taking baby steps, and one day at a time.
I even wiped off my kitchen counters and took out trash.

Hi J! Good job on 14 days! I right there with ya on doing baby steps (day 17). I feel a little like a slug still, and have a few minor aches and pains, but it's a l-o-n-g way off from the way I was feeling almost every day in April. I really don't think my body would have taken much more.

Just remember that, inspite of what's going on with you right now, you are WORTHY of a new sober life. Hang in there!!
