Good Day
Today was a good day. I went to school and am overall happy. The exabf (whom I have not talked too) is leaving tomorrow to be states away that makes me happy. I dont have to worry about bumping into him. I am going to a meeting tonight (I always go to AA meetings) but tonight is a me meeting.
I still talk to his mom. I love her and she has noone to talk to. She had to get off the phone as exABF was pulling up to the house and it didnt bother me for the first time that he was there and I was here. I didnt care they we were together and that I knew it is none of my business. I have been praying alot for acceptance. I think that is helping.
I feel free. He cannot contact me at all when he goes away with the army and sobers up (as I am sure he will have to where he is an E6 Sargeant that is promotable). I have secured immunity from him.

((Cmhcali)) - I'm glad you are feeling better. It's so hard, getting to that point..all the questions and pain that we walk through but it's nice to be able to have days like today when we can come up for a breath of fresh air
I understand talking to his mom. I kept in contact with my XABF's mom until her death. In fact, SHE was one of my biggest supporters, and loved me whether I was with her son or not.
Keep doing what you're doing, sweetie....taking care of you.
Hugs and prayers!
