It's been over 2 years now.

I'm grateful I am smoke free today. I never thought I could quit. Smoking didn't bring me to spiritual loss of values, but I did smoke against my will.

I quit smoking by asking a power greater then myself for the strength each day to keep me away from a cig or cigar. It worked.

I'm just losing the LB's I gained. Around 18lbs total. I feel better today.

Congratulations AABoston on 2 years smoke-free.

I'm doing the same with praying to my HP everyday. I think I've been still struggling with acceptance the past few months, I was the same way when I got sober. Today is day 2again for me. I hope I have it this time.
