Hi Gang
Hi Everyone, I use to be on here a few years ago and it helped me greatly in my recovery. Been sober for over three years untill the other day then just one drink and BANG. Had a few kick backs lately and everything was getting a bit much so One woudn't hurt would it, ended up having two bottles of wine in a couple of hours. So back here, perhaps should not have gone away!! so will be on here a lot.

...you have three years, just pick right up where you left off, and figure out what took you to that first drink, and what you can do different ....you are right where you are supposed to be in the great scheme of things..

Digger, I did the same thing - sober 3 years & without even thinking twice, started up again. Instead of correcting my mistake I put myself through 7 yrs. of hell and chaos. You did not do that - be glad! So nice to meet you.
