Last year at this time i was getting all excited about getting hammered and messed up during the holidays. I did just that, 8 day binge drinking being a mess and then, I found step 1.
You guys helped me out big time during this time, it is a scary time during the transition of a wreckless lifestyle with booze, and out of control behaviors. The most important aspect of staying sober is support....keep posting hit up AA if you can to get an idea about a way of sober life, surround yourself with others that did it and overcame the issue, they can relate and give advice. Best wishes to all who deal everyday, every second, every hour. Keep moving towards the goal and be sober.

Thx for the reminder. And I am so glad you are doing good this year.
I too always get into self destruct mode around the holidays. I have for alot of years.
Not on purpose. It just seems to happen like that.
But this time I am putting a stop to ir before it gets too far out of hand this year.
I already screwed up in a big way. But I am not going to keep digging like I usually do.
