Drug dealers suing......
In all of my years as a Judge, this is a first: Today two drug dealers sue each other over bad cocaine!!!

In most states, there can be no civil liability if you are complicit in a criminal act. For example if I bought a stolen computer from you and I knew or had reason to suspect it was stolen, and the computer did not work, I cannot sue you.
If you had no reason to suspect this, you can sue, but good luck collecting. If you bought the computer from a reputable retailer, no problem suing, but a reputable retailer would normally address the situation and make the customer happy.
If the judge is worth a chit he/she will toss both of those a-holes out of there.
I have no idea what could be done criminally at this point but that would be nice to see as well.

Well I did not find anything about 2 drug dealers but did find a story about a young woman from Saskatchewan who, with her parents, sued her former friend and dealer for getting her addicted, at age 13, and selling her a dose that reportedly triggered a heart attack.
