Hello SR

I have not been around for quite some time and have missed you all. I am feeling fairly well right now although I am on the depressed side of bipolar and it has been awful. But the doctor has been tweeking my meds and I'm feeling a bit better. I will be going to a consultation for electric shock therapy next week "scary".

Good news is I'm sober! I had 18 months on the 24th of October. Sometimes I surprise myself that I haven't drank through all this.

I would love to catch up with you all and introduce myself to the newcomers. I will start coming around more.... This place makes me feel good.

I miss calculated mt sober time; it is actually 20 months. No big deal, I just thought I would clarify.
