Hello My name is left4lonely. I am brand spanking new to this forum. This is my first thread start.

I have fluctuated in denial for a long time but now I atleast realize i am in denial. I had planned to come here instead of going to one of those places with dangerous beverages-(dangerous for those with our physiology). So far no good. I was denial again.... So now I am here feeling like crap and embarrassed by my behavior after having had too many bubbles... the only time i can't be in denial! Maybe if i become more involved on here, i will have a good reason to remember.
