A clergyman wrote this - it's based on research and personal experiences. I thought you might find it helpful...I know I did.

He talks about all the different kinds of alcoholism, which I had no idea about until I read this article...alpha alcoholism, gamma alcoholism, etc.
A lot of alcoholics will deny they are alcoholics, because they say "I don't experience cravings"...well, there are alcoholics who don't experience cravings, and this article explains all of that very well.
